In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "taya01," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the taya01 online gaming platform accessible at taya01.co.
• "Platform" means the taya01 website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized pages, and any digital services operated by taya01.
• "Member" or "you" means any individual who has registered a taya01 account and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Member to access taya01 services.
• "Services" means all gaming products offered by taya01, including slot games, live dealer casino games, sports betting, bingo, and any other gaming content made available on the Platform.
• "Balance" or "Wallet" means the funds held in a Member's taya01 account available for wagering and withdrawal.

• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the currency of all transactions on the taya01 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required for account verification and withdrawal processing.

To register and maintain a taya01 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your membership.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your location.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from taya01 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion program.
• You have not been declared a compulsive gambler by any competent authority or healthcare provider.
• You are not an employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of taya01 or any affiliated gaming software provider.

Each Member is permitted to register and maintain one (1) account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If taya01 identifies that a Member holds multiple accounts, taya01 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, merge balances, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid government-issued identification document. taya01 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. taya01 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication on your account.

You must not disclose your account credentials to any third party, allow any third party to access or use your account, or transfer, sell, or assign your account to another person. All activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been conducted by you, and you shall be responsible for all bets, deposits, and withdrawals made through your account.

In the event that you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify taya01 support immediately by contacting us through our live chat service. taya01 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your credentials or failed to report a suspected breach in a timely manner.

taya01 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation of payment by the relevant payment processor. taya01 shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits using payment instruments belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds.

Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into your taya01 account and registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are subject to taya01's KYC verification requirements, and taya01 reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal.

taya01 aims to process all withdrawal requests within one (1) business day of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing timelines of the receiving payment provider. taya01 shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

taya01 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations in the Philippines. taya01 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Member whose deposit or withdrawal activity triggers applicable reporting thresholds or raises concerns under taya01's anti-money laundering compliance program. taya01 may delay, block, or reverse transactions where required by law or regulation.

taya01 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, which shall be communicated at the time the promotion is offered and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of conflict.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus or any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as real money.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, and minimum odds will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Not all game types contribute equally toward wagering requirements.
• taya01 reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds where taya01 determines that a Member has abused any promotional offer, exploited a technical error, or engaged in promotional abuse including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the taya01 Platform.
• taya01 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

All games available on the taya01 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are determined by mathematically verified random processes and cannot be influenced by taya01, by the game provider, or by the Member beyond the published game mechanics and paytables.

Live dealer games are conducted by professionally trained croupiers dealing real physical cards and spinning real physical wheels. The integrity of live dealer games is monitored continuously and is subject to the quality assurance procedures of the respective live gaming studio provider.

In the event of a game malfunction, systems error, or network interruption during active gameplay, taya01 reserves the right to void the affected round. Where a genuine error results in an incorrect payout, taya01 reserves the right to correct the payout to the amount that would have applied but for the error. taya01 shall not be liable for losses incurred due to disconnection or device failure on the Member's side.

Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages calculated over a very large number of game rounds and do not guarantee specific returns for any individual session or Member. Actual individual session results will vary materially from the theoretical RTP.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the taya01 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one taya01 account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software that interacts with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
• Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any other illegal financial activity.
• Collusion or coordination with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in peer-competitive formats.
• Sharing your account with, or allowing access to your account by, any other person.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Any conduct intended to defraud taya01, its payment providers, or other Members.

taya01 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. taya01 acknowledges that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become a problem, and we take our duty of care seriously.

taya01 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Members, accessible at no cost from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Decreases to limits take effect immediately. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the taya01 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the minimum period selected.

taya01 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Member's account where our team observes patterns of behavior consistent with problem gambling, without prior notice to the Member. We may also contact Members directly if we have concerns about their gambling behavior.

All content on the taya01 Platform, including but not limited to the taya01 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property, are owned by or licensed to taya01 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the taya01 Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the taya01 Platform without prior written permission from taya01.

taya01 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the taya01 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

taya01 processes personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and, where you have consented, marketing communications. taya01 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate the Platform and with regulatory authorities where required by law.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by taya01, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Please contact our support team to exercise any data rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taya01 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if taya01 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

taya01 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. taya01 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures, network outages, device failures, or third-party payment processing errors beyond taya01's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit taya01's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

taya01 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or inaccurate registration information.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Compliance with any regulatory requirement, court order, or law enforcement request.
• Where taya01 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continued operation of the account poses a risk to taya01, to other Members, or to third parties.

Members may close their accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting taya01 support. Upon account closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

taya01 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material amendment is made, taya01 will provide reasonable notice to Members by displaying a notice on the Platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

Continued use of the taya01 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your account. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on the taya01 Platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the taya01 Platform, you agree to first contact taya01's customer support team to attempt to resolve the matter informally. taya01 will endeavor to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

If informal resolution is not achieved within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. The foregoing does not affect any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
