taya01 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We share your personal data only in the following limited and controlled circumstances:

• Payment Processors: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, Coins.ph, and cryptocurrency payment networks — for the purpose of processing your deposits and withdrawals only.
• Game Software Providers: JILI Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and other licensed game providers — for the purpose of facilitating game sessions only. These providers process minimal data necessary to deliver gameplay.

In general, taya01 applies the following retention standards:

• Account and identity data is retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by applicable anti-money laundering legislation and PAGCOR regulatory requirements.
• Transaction records and gaming activity data are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the relevant transaction or activity.
• Customer support records are retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction.
• Marketing consent records are retained until consent is withdrawn, plus a reasonable period thereafter for compliance documentation purposes.

The taya01 Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to provide a functional, personalized, and secure experience. Cookies are small text files placed on your device by your browser when you visit the taya01 website.
